i know its the wrong model.......but you get the idea?? ....cracked solders mabee??

worked for me....but needed a magnifying glass to see the cracks..

also my wires at the sensor (multi-function sensor) were 'gubbed' as we say here.... so shortened them re-did them with wire and crimp connectors

doubt my mechanic is up for a tedious job like that, it would probably be easier look for a new set of clocks. or put in an aftermarket one, my only real concern with doing that is would it affect the fan cutting in?

its not that tedious...only took me an hour or so..

you only have to melt the solders and let them re-set....you don't have to re-do them.

I need to bugger around with my instrument cluster as well. I have got replacement cluster which I will be using as spare parts to fix my one.

Sometimes when I drive with at least 3 passengers, I just get a random oil warning buzzer sound & the oil light which goes out after a short burst. Checked my oil levels & everything else and that is all good & well. Was thinking it could be the cluster, good find. http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/troubl....html#oilpress
