Default Fuel lines rusty

The fuel lines are rusty under the car, going from the tank to the fuel filter under the bonnet.

What do you replace them with as that side of the car smells of petrol?

Any of these braided pipes???

Under the bonnet I would personally always replace like for like if you can get them. If you can't then braided hose is a must due to the heat. Don't piss around though Pimp, get them changed quickly else the consequences do not bear thinking about.

to swap to braided you'll also be looking at different ends fitting. Expect to pay up to £200+ for braided conversion parts...
You'll need -6 most likely which is just over 6mm internal diameter.
