thats nothing, my peugeout 107 which is a 1.0 litre and same as toyota aygo will do 65 in second, and is very nippy, honestly if you see a 107 ,c1 or aygo with a decent driver be aware, you might get left, i can get worringly close to my mate nicks 90 quattro 2.3

have you been to RMG up in Irvine? they have done my UrS4 turbo change, drop the gearbox and replace both crank case seals.Also done a few wee things to RS4Girlies car, nothing major though...thats reserved for MRC In Banbury or Grizz in Chester.

had it recovered up to the big new fancy Audi dealership, they have a few older techs that have worked on these and have all the right equipment

I was quoted a silly labour rate for my cars... WR quattro and the UrS4. Only taken the RS there once for a 10k service and free MOT'S which we somehow attracted

Have been given a massive discounton all work on the car due to its age still not looking forward to the bill cause i told them to fix the master clinder (only £95) but told them to have a look over the car fix anything needing done and MOT it got a feeling i might regret that lol

Trouble was i couldnt get anyone to fix the car, no one would touch it, said it was too complicated to work on, the only other guy that could do it was the guy who you told us about at culzean, but he couldnt look at it until the middle of novemeber at the eairlest

Yes but being a Peugeot the speedo will be way out, Probably actually doing 60mph which is still very high for a 1.0.
Sorry, but with the 107 in 2nd my Cq would still pull away from it in 4th.

try Saditas Motors in Prestwick on 01292 470787. They didnt have time to look at my WR but they seem to know what he is talking about, he looks after a few Ur quattros there. My pal takes his to someone in Dalmellington so there are a few private garages who know older Audis

could I ask what labour rate you where quoted by Ayr Audi? Sounds like you have presented them with a blank cheque to do yours. Never say to a dealer "look it over and fix what you find"... you will end up with a new car!!!!!!!!!!

your an exception to the rule.... and besides, you dont get yours serviced by this bunch up here!!
you probably get discounted rates on your quattros because sooner or later you go and buy a Q7 which is a ton of money in most folks coffers so they get it back anyway!!
