100 quid each, 13 of us could buy it and set up the first entry into the Audi Classic Museum

"Micky's sold his? Thats a shame. Has it gone to another forum member do we know?

Default Snorky's Coupe

Greeting to all. This is my first post on the forum so gently please. Save Snorky's Coupe! I just had a really nice phone conversation with Nick. I called on his "quadlamp" and now I want him to keep her as well. I hope a way is found, if not I'm sure another forum member will adopt this beauty. I'm in the U.S. and I'd kill to get her here. I recently bought my first quadlamp coupe, a 1983 Zurmott Silver Coupe GT (we dont have the same # designations in the U.S.) It's super clean ,fanatically maintained and 51'000 on the OD.
Yaaahh. See attached photo if I don't botch it. Thanx Nick.

Cheers
Matt

Do you know what? I think I'm starting to convince myself that I should keep this car at any cost, even though I can't afford to...

Maybe Coxy will have a new addition to the museum...

I'm sure we can come to an agreement Coxy.

I'm still going to buy the Merc as I want one as my daily but given that I didn't buy that Renault and squirrel it away I'm thinking I could do it with the Coupe instead. It would also give me the opportunity to sort the interior and any other bits and pieces without needing to drive her! All a bit brave as I've not run 2 cars before when I can barely justify 1!

Coxy comes into the equation as he has the space to keep it
