It's pearl. Yes all good points - I could point this guy in the way of the Scotish number above?? But would anyone else offer me that much if I wanted to sell it in the future?

No I'm pretty sure I won't find another - though I kind of have, however I know my own car!

Yes I've seen many go that way - I do like the Caravella though!

THat's a 2.8 V6 petrol AUTO.

2.5 TDI Manual is the one to have.....

bigger injectors and a remap and they're good for 160bhp...... and buckets of torque

Back to the 5T, what do you reckon is a realistic offer for this one? Is it T&T'd?

Yes well done - back to the subject! Sorry I've always wondered what T&T is - Tax and MOT? No it has neither. The guy has started the car - I think the engine is good - only done 15K since being professionally rebuilt. Here is what I think probably needs doing; New o/s sill - this is simply a curve profile. Free the calipers and replace the discs and pads (£35). Flush the engine through. The unforseen - £500.

Transportation is around £1 - £1.50 per mile.

I think you could get this car for £600 - the spares sold on ebay would probably get your money back alone.

I can advise on any work which needs doing - I don't mean this arrogantly but I know everything there is to know about working on this car. It's good to work on!

It would be a good investment - the only manual 5T on the road.

Nothing wrong with a caravelle (2.5 TDI ) lots of space for passengers and has boot that you can put stuff in air con for each seat heater for the rear, reasonable MPG so much better than a sharon people carrier type thing
