I have the details of one I used on mine somewhere. I'll dig it out later.

After lots of research, if I remember rightly, you can use one from a Suzuki 4wd front axle.

Sorry it's taken a while, busy day.

So, the UJ that fits the centre joint of an Ur propshaft - verified because I've had one in my car for 2½ years - is from a Suzuki Grand Vitara

Mine is a Blueprint part , number ADK83903, widely available.
Hope you can get sorted

Do you know whether it comes with a hole for a grease nipple?

No grease nipple unfortunately, at the time, couldn't find one that did.
It appears to be a thing of the past.

Given the mileage my car will do, I don't think maintenance of this part will cause me an issue, so went with it to get rid of one will loads of play in it.
