Does anyone remember a scetch show (think they were all Scots and it was on the BBC) which had a character who was a little girl who sat on her desk spouting her views on life and lisped a lot. Help end me and the wifes endless head scratching!
Tried a search on google and got all the wrong sort of stuff

It certainly is Absolutely, first aired in about 1990, my favourite ever comedy show. Quite a few of them went on to other things, one of them even had his own chat show. John Sparks was a comedy genious.
