Having a bit of time off at the minute, so the furthest I need to go is into town.

30 miles on a charge, 30mph topped out, no need to tax or tax it and £84 a year to insure. I need to use it more though, it's an X-reg, I've had it 6 years and it's now got 532km on the clock!

Yep. Came to the conclusion that I wasn't making proper use of a bigger bike, and that all I used it for was nipping around, so I had a look at a few 125's and 50's. Yeah, do the job, but I couldn't get on with revving the balls off them to go anywhere, spending 5 mins warming it up for a 5 minute trip, and sounding like the crazy frog was fooking annoying, so I went electric. 90% of the time I'm on it I'm in a 30, so it ain't a bad runabout at all.

The local PCSO in my bit of Derbygrad collared me outside the shop a few weeks ago and asked where my L plates were and if my exhaust was derestrictted.
