Default light cluster sealant?

hi guys,

I am looking at fitting some Red tresser style lights to my B3 at the rear, but the ones i have for replacement dont have any of that black water sealant stuff on them.

Any suggestions on where/what I need to do this and ensure the car is water tight?

thanks

I used this stuff when i did mine, was about £6 from the local motor factors, and so far seems to be fine anyway.....

3M Strip Caulk. Comes in a whacky hexagonal box.

Cheapest from your local Porsche dealer.

Audi AKD 497 010 04 colour code R10. But 3M Strip Caulk is what you'll get.

A box is about enough for fifteen cars.

One way to make friends on here.

I've got loads of that stuff, but in white! Still does exactly the same job.
