Default classic car insurance

Hi all,
Having just bought Gordons old car . Can anyone advise on classic car insurance , premiums and company, who s best Off to Paris till the weekend so I cant reply till Sunday Oh its by Eurostar not Quattro !!!

There's plenty who do classic car insurance.
Personally, I use Footman James, and CA paid club members get a 10% discount as well!
Can't comment on premiums as everyone will be different, but I would expect to pay between £150 to £250 with an agreed value in place or around £7500.

footman james were significantly cheaper for me than the owners club scheme, and as Coxy says, the cost of joining here is a one off £7.50 (???) and for that you get 10% off the premium- seems like a no brainer to me!!

the owners club was sh1t, theres some one else on board now i think but check with a few
You could try paul at www.needtoinsure.co.uk , he is very sharp and deals with many many classic cars, he has several himself and knows the market inside out

Got mine with Peter James 0121 506 6040 agreed value etc very reasonable compared to some,

in theory you can change it as many times as you want to in a year, but why would you want to? You've already paid once afterall.
There's no reasomn at all why you shouldn't change at the end of the cover. usually its for a year and then most sensible people would shop around to see if they can get a better quote.

Ditto JJ and RTZ62
I've got two of mine on one policy with Paul as well. Very reasonable price.
