Default 1989 B3 Audi 80 Nothelle
Vehicle Model : Audi 80 Nothelle
Price : £1800
Location : Devon
On Ebay : Ebay Link

Never heard of the Nothlelle 80 before, so no idea what upgrades to the engine this has but I've gotta admit it, I think this looks superb!

Don't reckon it'll hang around for long.

OK, it may hang around a bit longer now

had this back off the chap selling it:
Quote:
the kamei kit was installed from new , the wheels are audi speedline as far the nothelle goes we had an audi fanatic look it over and it is the 2.0 8v however it has a tubular manifold ( bit like the old astra red top engines ) and the exhaust has a 60mm bore all the way through (which is what the 5 pot engines use ) the 2.0 engines are only sopposed to have 55mm. It also has high lift cam for added performance and i was told when i had the cam belt changed that i had a vernier pulley aswell, not sure exactly what it for. The suspension is very stiff and it rides alott lower to the ground although it has never been lowered with lowering springs
It is quiete fast nothing to write home about, my friend has a mrk 2 golf gti and it leaves that for dust, but we also own an audi 90 2.3e ( which is also up for sale on pistonheads) and that leaves it for dust lol. I think when it comes to this car its not the speed its the fact that it looks like its jus been driven off the forecourt. Also las nite the manifold gasket started leaking so it is ticking a lil bit so it even bein sold with this slight tick or i have to what till the end of next week to get in the garage.

cheers jamie

looks a nice car, loose the nothelle bullsh*t and also a grand off the price tag and he might get people interested..... even then he is going to have to expect less.... just my thoughts anyway,

just read the ad again lol "It is completly standard and un-molested" apart from the cam, exhaust bla bla lol

End of what line?

This is a very rare oppatunity to own a showroom condition audi that looks fantastic - haha, showroom condition and only 73k miles - isn't a little bit too much for showroom?

What is from kamei on that car - well, doorsteps [I have the same, in future I'll get rid of them], what else? Is that ugly spoiler also made by kamei? And bumpers?

the kamei kit, front and rear lower bumpers was a dealer option for the later b3 80 sports
The nothelle bit is rubbish

The bodykit was only fitted new as already stated to the last of the line 80 Sports on a very late H and J plate with the jacquard seat trim.

But you could get almost any dealer to fit it from new, the Kamei kit was listed in the Audi dealer accessories brochure way back in 1987/8.

As has been said this Northelle is rubbish AND they had their own wheels so would have fitted those rather than the easily scabbed Speedlines!

Northelle did a very nice line in S2 mods, that would see off any factory RS2......
