Ever wondered why golf balls have dimples and not totally smooth like a table tennis ball?
its more aerodynamically stable and if you had a smooth golf ball and a normal golf ball, drive both balls at the same velocity...the dimpled one travels further as well......? SO why arent cars surfaces like a golf ball then? wouldnt it also be more fuel efficient? ![]()
