concert radio volume fault

concert radio volume fault

it seems this is a common fault with the concert radio, low volume or absolute blasting

.i can find loads of referances to it on the web but cant get an idea of the price. does anyone have an idea how much this fault costs to repair? or am i better getting a new head unit?
