Default Ur Quattro Accelerator Pedal linkage bush

Im after the bush that captures the accelerator cable under the passenger side of the dash where it joins the lever mechanism. Any info/ ETCA diagrams etc appreciated. VBR Ian.

Thanks folk that's superb.

If you've got one Mark, yes please... it looks like item 7 for a RHD car.

I'm not back in the uk/south for a few weeks. I'll see if I can get someone to dig them out.

You do need two. The cable hooks into one, mounted in the balance lump, IIRC, and the balance lump hooks into the second which is mounted in the transfer arm.

They're reasonably cheap, though. Or they were.

Looking at the thread on the other channel, JimH used the ones that Darreno'd linked to above.

The metal piece is just a weight probably to aid the return of the pedal to its home position. You need two of those bushes did mine today!!!

Oh and the Audi one is a foam like rubber very brittle, so the BW one is a good option it's used on loads of the same period vws. VW Heritage stock it for a Mk2 golf.

I believe Ian, it is a kind of damper/balance to counter act the throttle pedal, had you heard a "ting" from the passenger footwell before the pedal dropped ?
