Ignition switch
 

I know it's not a classic,but i have a problem with my A4 the ignition switch dose not return
when you start the car you have to turn the key back or the starter keeps runnig has antone had this problem or know wot parts are required to fix this fault

had the same fault with managements car the lock started to break up internaly i got another lock and key from a scrappy This will mean that the new key will have to be coded to the car as it won't start otherwise, I did get round this I'll pm you if you want to know what i did

so i need a new ignition lock,what are they like to change,if you could pm me how you got round the key problem many thanks
