Killer Chilli Dinners
Bye-eck lad....
Cooked a lamb chilli tonight, now I'm not massively into hot foods, but I don't mind a good chilli, so tonight, I probably over egged the chilli powder, and peppers.. So the final dish was, well.... Electric....:arf::fire::fire::fire: 1 Bottle of wine and a gallon of water later, it's still reminding the family of a superb dinner... It was good, but, bye-eck... It was bloody hot.!!! |
you wait til tomorrow morning and the "ring sting" kicks in :yikes::yikes:
|
next you will have to spray liquid nitrogen sprayed on yer ass!!:tup:
.....:nod::lol::lol: |
Burn, burn, a burnin' ring of fire. :fire::fire::fire:
We're having chilli tonight as well. Without the napalm, just the gentle heat and spice of carefully blended chilli peppers. |
can't waste wine with a chili!!

I'm a complete animal, if I want Tomato Sauce with my roast, I shall have Tomato Sauce, and If I want Tartar Sauce with my Spinage risotto than I shall… If I want to ruin a decent wine with a Chilli, then so be it! Think yourself lucky you don't live next door...! http://img442.imageshack.us/img442/8...gtoiletxt3.jpg :razz: |
A tip if you make a really hot one and it turns out to be a double burner, put the bog roll in the fridge for a couple of hours in advance!!
Got a recipe for yours Ian, sounds a laugh ! |
Liquid Nitrogen should cool the "hole" lot down.

I just kept adding the chilli until it sort of smelt 'right' then Cooked it in the oven for well over an hour... Basically, all it is - Lamb 500g Tin of tomatos Heinz Mean Beanz (Chilli) Tin 2 onions - chopped Baby sweatcorn (optional) - chopped Worcester sauce Chilli Powder and chilli peppers (rampant to own taste) Twist of black pepper Smidgen of Garlic Puree. In a suitable pan, Brown the meat then add the onions & baby sweatcorn for a couple of minutes until all frying along nicely. Then lob the rest in, Tin of tomatos, beans, Worcester sauce, chilli powder & Chillis, twist of black pepper and garlic puree. Bring to the boil...sturring Lob into suitable dish and cook at 180deg for 1 to 1hr 15mins. Serve with Basmalti Rice. Go for it...:tup: |
