Audi 200 Quattro - Cruise Control Questions

Evening all,

My car doesn't have factory fitted cruise control, looking under the bonnet I have the wiring plug for the cruise vacuum pump, would the rest of the wiring be there for cruise?

Where would the cruise control module be located on a right hand drive car?

Thanks

Dave

If there is no cruise control, there shouldn't be any wiring as well - unless someone has removed stuff. Check out if there are any remains of pedal switches.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Yes that what I thought, there is a very factory looking correct plug with the right colour wires where the vacuum pump should go, I just can't see any other wires for the cruise control, I'm wondering if there is an internal connector under the dash where an extra bit of loom plugs....?

I have pedal switches installed but haven't found any wiring for them.....

Thanks

Dave

Im not sure about a 200 but on a c4 100/a6 it is behind the carpet just above where the passengers feet sit, rectangular silver box

Late to the party but what you require can be found on my website here

You'll need the circuit diagram for cruise control and the Fitting Locations documents.
