BC Club East Midlands Run This Sunday

anyone one up for a run over from Nottingham way this Sunday morning. Sadly I will be in the Volly Dolly (at least it will be comfy and I can have the stereo on full blast, might even give her a clean) but can't miss the chance for a catch up with a few of you over a bacon and sausage roll.
