1983 Audi Coupe

Elderly owner from 1989 until 2008 before I acquired the car. He loved it so much - just a shame he aerosoled nearly every part of the bodywork. I don't have the time to bring it back to its former glory. Very solid shell. Small hole in the boot but nothing major. Only needed indicators, windscreen wipers replaced, headlamp aim adjusted, one ball joint needed but fitted two, front coil spring replaced; it needs 2 strut top mountings (I have seen these on Ebay currently at £9.99). There were also two rear brake hoses plus one brand new battery fitted. I would also point out that the material on the rear head rest is torn but the rest of the interior is there but is in a shabby condition. Very reliable for age. Would make someone a very good car - preferably an Audi enthusiast. The engine is in remarkably good condition for its age. It is MOTd until December 2010 and can be taxed at new owners expense.

He was maybe elderly in 2008, but 20 years ago he was probably still fit & agile & capable of racking up moon miles... and spraying the car with aerosol paint!
