80 Audi 5000S diesel

Does anyone have the steps to setup timing on this 5 cyl.
Also I need the required runout measurement and steps to set injection timing.

All I have at this time is the vin# 43A0073306 Year 1980
I think it is a 2.0L 5 cylinder.

As luck would have it the engine code sticker was intact except for the engine code
From the owners manual: 67 hp 131cu.in

I've got the factory manual now. All I need know is the special tools for setting up the timing and I can fix it. Any ideas?
