Just thought this was interesting, anyone had one? If so what are they like, don't worry I am not thinking of buying it!

Great cars to drive both the Sprint and and normal Sud saloon & hatch, I love em apart from the rust. They handle fantastically well, the steering is superb, the unburstable boxer engine thrives on being revved.

I had one of these in silver but again the rust started to come through and got rid before it got too bad after just 18months of ownwership. Great handling cars. Must dig out a Pic of mine..

Got similar shape as 80 coupe, front end looks the business though. I saw one on google with some BBS rims looked superb.

Tried to make their Sprint look like a GTV Almost bought a GTV6 after the sprint, but fortunately a Coupe GT quadie came available first. Not looked back since

I went to buy one of these (in red too) but parked on the same lot was a Tornado Red Coupe GT which I bought instead. Been Audis ever since apart from a Golf VR6.

If there's any rust or bubbles under the rear side windows, walk away - very expensive to put right.

Used to have an alfasud 1500cc,was great fun to drive, but as mentioned did not like salty roads.Funnily enough many have survived down the med.where its a lot drier.
