Default quick one!

what is the ID of the hose coming from the fuel pumpto the tank on an '88 WR??? as the final face of the swirl pot is going on in the morning.

hmmm, havent looked, but the part which goes into the tank, just underneath the tank i guess,
need to machine a piece for the hose to fit over

You have two that go into the tank one is a return and one is a feed...

oh bugger! i knew i needed to take the tank out to see but i was assured there was just one outlet underneath, unless, is the return the one near the top of the tank??
So Far i have a tank with fuel guage hole, fuel inlet, 3 ports to the swirl pot, and one to replace the small nipple at the top.
3 inlet ports into the swirl pot, about to make a nipple for outlet, am i Missing anything?

just using one fuel pump on mine by the way, gravity fed swirl pot ( i think you suggested this??)
much less serious bit of kit compared to yours, looks brilliant!

Yes I still have not taken any with the swirl pot as of yet, but it sits just to the left of the battery..

You have to remember that you have to have a return pipe back to the tank the one on the top is the breather..

thanks, so on an origonal tank, there is two ports underneath (outlet and return)??
If i'm right can you tell me what the ID is of the hoses? so i can make the new nipples.

Heres the new set up with swirl pot..

I used 10m breaded high preasure fuel pipe and for the feed pipes to the pumps that was from memory 15m high preasure fuel pipe..
