Default how to change coupe steering wheel

hi guys, looking for a bit of advice on how to change my air bag steering wheel to a three spoke, non air bag sports wheel. The airbag wheel has two holes on the back, one at either side and i've been told i need a special key to release the air bag module. Im basicly stuck before i've started. Can any one offer any advice? has any one done this change before

thanks

the air bag could be held on by allen bolts, torx bolts or a metal rods that need pushing to the outside of
the steering wheel by useing a screwdrive and twisting . have you got a resister for the air bag loom
when you fit the new steering wheel

i think its defo the metal rods that have to be pushed to the side as there's only two holes, one at each side of the wheel. as for the air bag light i was just going to take the bulb out. i've heard though that the chances are the horn wont work because its not an exact fit, but will know better if i can get the air bag and the old wheel off to get a look. have you done one of these replacements before?

yeh mate i tried to have a look in with a torch but couldnt really see anything. i'll get the battery diconected and leave it for a bit then i'll try with the two screwdrivers at either side, im assuming both sides have to be done at the same time
