Default Audi 80 Quattro B2 ..2.0 16v Conversions Complete!!

Ladies, Gentlemen..
for those who were following the progress of putting a 16v into my 8v audi 80 quattro..

Job done!
its in the car and running! the original plan of putting a 1.8 16v kr engine ended with oil pressure failiure..
so switched to a 2.0 16v A.C.E and after 8 months of messing around with it, all the engine mounts are done, the dizzy is sorted

AND! the car runs, we drove it up the road a few days ago and now sorted the tempreture probs out..

soz for the odd post just thought i should let you all kno..

Tommy!

Ok gang

Shes just passed her M.O.T, got some fresh rubber on it too..
whats shall i update you with? and ideas...
i'll get some pictures asap, the front spoiler need repairing, and i have silver wheels with offset on the back and white ones like in the picture on the front
(both same make and type of wheel)

Its fast! it still needs dialing into with fueling and timing perhaps, my mate ant whoi is really responsible for making the conversion happen thinks its not as quick as it can be yet...
its fantastic to drive! the speed is great but im more trying to get the lift off oversteer a lil more controlable... got some BOGE turbo gas struts to put in the back so will get that done and have it tracked again!

will defo be coming to ADI in it

also will need your opinion what colour to spray the wheels.. all white or all silver? will get some pics for you soon...

any questions?

Sounds great Tommy - can't wait to see some piccys, I think white wheels matching the bodywork would look good - I bet it goes really well with that engine
