Default Type 85 CGT fuel pump

Thought something might be up with the old girl last week, when a couple of 8km runs out to a hall just outside town resulted in using about a quarter of a tank

Sure enough, major fuel leakage down the driveway.
Pulled the pump off, and it has a fracture in the housing... We're not entirely convinced this was the correct pump anyway since its mounting method involved cable ties and some pretty rough looking hose connections and its Bosch part number was long gone.

I have another pump here, but not sure if it will be the correct output pressure for K-jet on a KV.
Does anyone know what the correct Bosch part number is on one of these pumps, or more specifically what the output pressure needs to be?

K/KE-jet's system's pressure is 6,5 bar.
But that doesn't mean that if yours doesn't have 6,5, it wont work. I have fuel pump, which turned out to be from some MB with k-jet and in it's specifications is pressure - 4 bar My old pump was leaking fuel just as yours, only not so much, I went to junkyard and bought "pump from B3". Theoretically if u have pump, that u can mount there and which is from k-jet, use it. And u even don't need from k-jet - at last I know some ppls who use on their NG's pumps from 7A - keep in mind that 7A have EFI with 4 bar system pressure. And vice versa - I know ppl, who have B2 GTE quattro with 1.8 20vt engine, but fuel pump is left from DZ. Reason - system pressure is regulated by pressure regulator - so pump will pump 6,5 bar, or will not, but this is unlikely

0 580 254 910 or 893 906 091 B / E are the part numbers.

As said above, pressure is not a major factor as the pump will produce far more fuel than the engine requires
