Hello folks,
My insurer (LV) has stopped offering classic car cover. ![]() My search for another will soon begin and I was wondering what your experiences were dealing with firms like Footman James or Lancaster Insurance etc.,..? Opinions appreciated.. |

I've used Lancaster for the last few years.
Very competitive, in fact my premium went down by 10% last renewal and they also offer agreed value policies. They have my recommendation

Heritage have been competitive for me but never had to make a claim. They also offer European breakdown cover with recovery for £40 which I think is a bargain on a 30yr old car.

I did mine one with Footman & James.
Comprehensive, agreed value, £100 excess, Nil salvage deduction, Europe included - all for £230something per year. |
