Yes it's mine! As John said it was his car which I had bought and improved it in many ways and now it's time for a new owner maybe to put his own touches to it!

nice but few been for sale recently,,and yes having done one myself i know cost,,,but as we all no you never ever get back time n money spent on them,,,,,,,nice car tho ,needs decent interior,,,paint dont look best,panels not lined up great,,,,sorry being picky ,,,needs 6 speed box,,,,dont think will sell for that price but thats my opinion,,,,,,

Well interior is straight, original, clean, bodywork is rust free straight and panel gaps are all equal, I think the only thing that is out, is the trim below the drivers headlamp, Im not exactly sure how u would expect are car of the age to be because u certainly can't find original examples of a 80 these days that haven't had paint or body repair with a v8

I do remember seeing a red 80 coupe Quattro with a early 300bhp v8 not long back but not seen another...

6 speed gearbox maybe but who is gonna use this car everyday and how much of benefit is a 6 speed box gonna be on the road at a speed limit of 30mph!

But hey we are all entitled to a opinion.

Do share with us your past v8 you have done? Would be intresting to see...

You have got good observation just by looking at pictures, because I'm still puzzled at how you can tell the paint doesn't look the best, needs a interior etc!

Make me laugh some people!
