Default Headlight on/off switch for Audi 200

The switch is worn out internally so sometimes the dipped beam doesn't turn on (sidelights only), so I need a replacement if anyone has one?
I can arrange collection from anywhere in UK

Hi John, what year is your 200? I have a full set of stalks from the pre facelift version, see below, and I also have a full set from an audi V8 which are the exact same as the facelift 200. I'm based in Bexley, Kent but I'm over near Farnborough, Hampshire on Saturday afternoon, could meet you on the M25 in Cobham Services when I'm either on my way there or back. PM me if you're interested.
