Is that price right? Is this the one that had new exhaust, cat, discs etc? What are the tyres like on the original wheels?

Yep £400 I'll need to check the tyres on the original wheels but probably quite low

Think you'll get your hand bitten off at that price Dave, those wheels alone must be worth close on £400. Nice looking car but....as always no space. :-(

What £401, only kidding, surely the car is worth more than the asking price ?

Thanks for your comments, I believe the price is fair, there are some bits that need attention and I need to move it on as its replacement arrives at the end of the month.

To justify the price a bit more, the following are required.

Rear silencer, the bracket for the rubber hanger as rusted off (its the only part of the exhaust I didn't replace)

Rear brakes can be noisy on very gentle braking probably wants the calipers servicing

It will need taxing.

Tyres on the original wheels are all 3 to 2mm.

It has started to use some oil and does produce exhaust smoke on occasions.

What's the replacement then?!

Ahh well that will be revealed at the end of the month but needless to say it is a Classic Audi and not an A series thingy
