Default MAF or something else?

Had some running issues which I thought might be a coil pack dying but when I pulled the codes I got the following;

00531 - MAF Reference voltage
00532 - Transmission control module relay voltage (B+) malfunction low battery or bad signal
1265 - EGR Vacuum regulator solenoid (N18)

Cleaned the MAF and tried to clear the codes but 00531 & 00532 won't erase and 1265 clears but just comes back again.

Any ideas anyone?

Cheers
Andy
