Default Audi 80 Sport - J reg

Need some help with that bargin "£90" 80 sport I purchased.

Starts and idles fine.
Under acceleration it begins to drop off the revs like a misfire.
Once it's warm the idle bounces between 900-1100 rpm and after a while longer the engine turns off.

What do I need to replace to make it go forward again?

ebay?

I got mine for about £35 brand new.

Type in Audi ISV or Audi idle, or try part of your part number.

Clean it first though.

right solved half the problem air hose had come loose causing the misfire under power.

Still randomly turns off though, fuel pump relay maybe?

i was just going to say it sounds like an air leak. Id still check all of the other breathers etc and look for any splits etc. Take the ISV off overnight and soak it in petrol. Its not a permanent fix but if its just clogged up then it might cure it
