Default Congratulations to Wigan!

I bet Phil (Pearlmars) is like a dog with two dicks at Wembley today. Nice one mate.

Agreed, a happy day for Phil & a great moment for the club - hopefully it'll give them the confidence they'll need to get 3 points against Arsenal in the week

Superb effort and result, back in my days at Wigan Motor Company, many of the staff were life long Wigan Athletic fans and their lives revolved around the football, back then they were a low division team, my sidekick and foreman back then was a guy called Alec Almond, I can just imagine the grin on his face tonight

Yesterdays game was so good if you were a Wigan fan,the team played out of their skin to see off Man City to lift the FA Cup.So proud of them but the important thing is the Premier League.
Fingers crossed for our trip to Arsenal on Tuesday night.
Many thanks for all of the comments.Phil.

Cool FA Cup WINNERS 2013

Totally agree, well done Wigan.
What a sterling performance, totally outplayed the opposition. Congratulations! True FA cup 2013 worthy winners.
Good luck with the league and hope to see you at the home of the 2013 Premier league Champions again next season.

Unfortunately I was at the other end and Wigan fully deserved to win, it was obvious after only a few minutes they were far more up for it than we were and everyone got what they deserved
That is the beauty of the FA cup though.
It isn't that long ago when we would have been the underdogs and although the tickets ended up being the worst birthday present I ever had, I'm pleased Wigan have the memory of a great victory.
Anyway, I'll crawl back under my blanket
