Default What a difference 10 days makes

I love the weather here.........10 days ago it was 20C during the day, I was up on the roof of my house replacing shingles wearing shorts and a T shirt.
Now a couple of pic's of tonight's weather.....into the minus and snowing hard (with a cunning shot of my new pick-up truck thrown in.....well it is 4 wheel drive)

You'll keep your snow for long periods there, but bizaarly enough for the UK, the South has already had it's first snow of the year, about a fortnight ago...

And, go on, take a decent pic of the pick-up, including the V8 lump... I know very little about that kind of toy.

We had snow the same day you guys had it, then it melted and we hit the 20C mark.....topsy turvy weather....no wonder we've all got stinking colds.
Will get out and clear the snow off the truck and get some pics!

Pics of the Pick Up, Ian.
Its a 2005 Dodge Dakota crew cab, with a 5ft 3' box.
Engine is a 4.7 V8 Magnum coupled to a slushbox . Lots of power and plenty of back end throwing when in 2WD.
Its like a basic Landrover with locked 4WD (rough ground or snow only , or wear the tyres out quick) or 4WD low (up to speeds of 25mph).
Its supposed to be my workhorse....but its too new and clean to abuse........
