The 1995 A4, three hundred quid and a full tank of fuel, and I'll take it. That be my offer.

I have an old 1995 A4
They are great value and well built cars, I bought mine 3 years ago now and in all that time it's been trouble free. I think it's a keeper because its going to semi retire next year and be used solely for a autumn/winter hack for 6 months of the year. Mines only the poverty spec 1.6 but its quite old School as it has a dizzy and leads so I try and tell myself it's a classic lol. I bought it on eBay for £281 as a stop gap with four new tyres and mot and tax for 4 months and it had only done 52.000 when I bought it. It's the most reliable and best value car I've ever owned, the main reason I bought mine was because my father owns a 18year old A6 avant which is also trouble free and feels as good as the day it left the production line. If my 80 is half as good I will be a happy man. |

Loved my 98 S4, and it was on classic insurance, as a 'future classic'.
Grumble grumble, wish I'd kept it
