so the classic audi influence reaches yet MORE folk! i was up in aberdeenshire yesterday and my old pal keith was stunned that you could buy so much car for such little money ie muriel!

does anyone know of a low-ish mileage, excellent condition audi 80 1.9tdi avant for sale?

Also looking for another one for a family member, they viewed the one above on gumtree.

Paint and wheel arch problems, soaking carpets (footwells) and a whine from the turbo put them off it.

The turbos do whine. Mine sounds like a police siren!

Never heard the car myself, they used mines for their holidays this year and were comparing it to that. The brother in laws bought a shed or 2 in his time, even he walked away lol.
