Whats the tyre size on my 81 coupe gt? need to price up a couple of tyres for mot (cars at home Im at work), any recomendations for make? Its got 4 yokohamas on it atm, back 2 are close to limit and front 2 are like new. Best to replace with the same i guess. Also whats the deal with replacing just 2 tyres? I always thought put the new ones on the front and the old ones on the back? but Im also hearing put the new ones on the back?
I know ideally I should replace all 4 at the same time but I havnt got the money. Bonus points for anyone who can identify the tyres that are on the car, have a look at my resto thread or pics on my profile if your bored and feeling helpful!. cheers dave |

Should be 185/60/14 and recommend Toyo T1-R so long as you don't do big miles as although grip is like glue they also wear quick too...
