Default 1982 audi 80 1.6cl mot
Seller Type : Private
Vehicle Make : Audi
Vehicle Model : audi 80 1.6cl
Price : £995
Location : manchester
Additional Details : V5C (Logbook) ,Taxed ,MOT'd

i am selling this audi 80 1.6cl that i have just taken in px, it was in the cars for sale section at deva late on sunday, it is in outstanding condition for its year, and has done only 58,000 miles from new and comes with its original bill of sale from when it was a demonstrator, and also comes with its original sales brochure, it drives lovely and is quite nippy, the engine being the wv code 1.6 carb. it has just cost me £97 to insure it fully comp for a 1500 mile policy,it has had a recent cambelt and full service and has been lowered 40mm, the rear axle is polybushed. with regret i have to sell it as i was going to keep it, but the timescales involved and the work i would have to do to my golf estate to enable me to sell that instead is proihibitive, so yet again at droofer towers the nice one gets flogged and the fungus riddled turd stays, I'm after £995 and the car is in manchester.

i dont know, i think it might have been, have you any idea what it went for?, the guy who sold it 1st put it on there, he sold it to someone else and then i got it in a swap deal, so i think its just chris (prev owner) and me. the thing is with it is that its just cost me £91 to insure and i really want to keep it, but i have a t25 project and a golf estate daily, which i would sell, but it needs some work and its got tons of tax on it and is basically a GTI save for the engine, so im gonna lose ashed load of money on it unless i break it, which i dont have the space to do as the T25 is up the drive...... catch 22........... it sucks dude.

What are the compartitive costs D against the Golf?

If it was me I'd break the Golf, trade in it's tax (Giving you summat back against the Audi) and break the golf. You'll probably find that you would get a bigger return on the Golf than the Audi thus enabling you to keep the Audi and drive a future Classic. Just a thought...

It was on E38 as well. Almost sure of it. Think it was up for £1500 but never got it so it sold through ebay in the end.
