An evening of culture

Dear diary...

One is currently tucking into into some singapore noodles, while enjoying that triumph of modern cinema, The Simpsons Movie. I recorded it tuvver day, and feel it is a good opportunity (and probably high time) to watch it, before some of the locals decide to make off with my HDD recorder and TV (under the quaint local redistribution of assets program that is 21st century Paisley.)

This will be followed by several hours hidden in the undergrowth with my single barrelled sawed off (broom stick), in case aforementioned quaint locals choose to focus on the self propelled smoke screen that is PITA.

Earlier...
This afternoons entertainment consisted of watching a local debate on public civil conduct.

the main parties were-

2 senior citizens of infirm gait, but robust (if slightly slurred) voice
-vs-
approx 1dozen (1.2 of those decimal units the frogs are so proud of) local schoolkids of approximately truant/exclusion age. These too, were of rather robust voice. Their gait is unknown since they are mostly immobile unless it starts raining. Which it did.*




*subnote on modern police effectiveness.
the rain achieved in 2 minutes what a 4strong police presence failed to achieve in 20. Namely, the little scrotes** fecked off.
Conclusion- the police need water cannon when dealing with schoolkids.

The noisiest was actually a foul mouthed and unfortunately featured little cow, so probably not technically a scrote, despite the misleading facial features.
