Default 1983 Audi 80CD 5S 1 owner 19K miles!
Seller Type : Private
Vehicle Make : Audi
Vehicle Model : 1983 Audi 80CD 5S
Price : £1500
Location : Maidenhead
Additional Details : V5C (Logbook),MOT'd

Just had the Club Audi Newsletter come through the door and Harald Reike has his 1 owner 19k from new Audi 80 CD 5S up for sale.

He bought it new friom Contim Motors in South Harrow and it comes with a full a comprehensive service record and even includes a full petrol record.

If I hadn't just spent the last of my pennies on the 80 sport and even more on the move to the new unit I wouldn't even hesitate in buying this.
It's only ever been used as a 2nd car and has been kept immaculate from new.

Its so difficult to guage market price on these things isn't it? I'd have said, based on recent similar cars that this was a little undervalued. As always with these things its up to somebody wanting one and how much they're willing to pay but for such an honest example (which is often a misused term) this seems to be a great deal!!

Spoke to the old chap who owns it tonite. Really nice old boy. The cars sounds superb with just a couple of little dinks here and there, but the car has only got 18xxx miles on it! Not even 19k yet!

he's used a specialist VW Audi dealer to service and MOT the car EVERY year. The MOT man used to drive to his house and drop a car off and drive the 80 to the garage for it to be serviced then MOT'd! This is one car I would truly love to own, so much so that I've put my BMW up for sale on sausage bay to relase some more Audi fundage. Cars like this are what I love so much! Also been kept under custom made car covers since day dot!

I think I saw this at Audi track day at CC a couple of years ago. It was up for sale then, but chap subsequently decided to keep it. I think, if it is the same one, it is white with blue interior. Whilst it was in very good shape, it just did not look right: perhaps it was the colour? Still 18k beats my old CD with 36k on the clock: must go and check on it one day! Cheers.

that could be the one. He took it to Castle Combe in 2006 for ADI.
Alpine white is pretty rare for one of these as well.
