Hi.
Can anyone give me any advice on replacing a cast exhaust manifold on a 7a engine with a tubular one? Thanks. |

you need the downpipe and heatshield as well.
You'll need to drill and tap 3 holes in the inlet manifold to secure the heatshield. 5x new exhaust manifold to head gaskets and 10 new nuts. Just be careful when removing the old nuts. Sometimes the studs can break. If that happens, you'll probably have to remove the head to get it machined.

wrap it in exhaust wrap too as the heat from the thing after a fast blast is immense. Made a major improvement in underbonnet temps when I did mine.
