Hi all,
Does anyone have any suggestions for this, my old fuel pump was very noisey and didnt always prime, so I had a new one fitted (incuding filter) had a few pipes replaced too. Still the pump wouldnt prime - in fact it's stopped priming altogther now, so I then bought a new relay - it still doesnt prime. I've replaced the fuse (which was OK anyway) - still no joy. Does anyone have any more suggestions before I take it to an auto electrician? |

By the way, fuel pump does work - the car runs as it should but just takes a few attempts to get it started.

maybe its not the fuel pump which is the issue here? if it runs then i cant see it being the fuel pump,
does it do it when the engine is hot and cold? |

I used to have a 2144 Coupe. Pretty sure it didn't prime the pump when starting
