There is confusion here:

Corrado G60 brakes (280mm) are NOT Girling G60 calipers.........276mm.

No, no confusion here.. we know that.. but what is your point?

Edit:
That may appear rude. What I mean is, where do you see confusion in this thread? I tried a set of Golf G60 discs and they don't fit due to spigot dia (I would redrill to 4 x 108 if they'd fitted), I also have a set of V6 brakes that have Girling 60 calipers (some people create confusion by making the mistake of calling Girling 60's "girling G60's") To add to the confusion the Golf G60's caliper is the Girling 54!
What confusion? LOL

The wheel spigot yes, but VW disc spigots are approx 60mm and Audi approx 63mm..

I have a set of Wilwoods 'gathering dust' and wanted to mate them to a factory disc my making mounting brackets..

Not sure why you having a problem as i fitted 280mm Corrado G60 discs to the front of my Cq. Re-drilled to 108 and machined the centre to match also ensuring I kept the chamfer and they went straight on with the carriers from C&R and my refurbed calipers, easy peasy. Though also used the early series 3 80 struts that are identical apart from the larger carrier mounting points.
Have an article on it if you PM e-mail address.

Doubt it but was an easy fix for me, or so it seemed, so went this route. If you use 25mm thick discs though you'll need to change calipers as you'll not get new pads in if you try and retain the standard Cq ones?!!
