Default Help with my type 44

Hi Guys, after driving all the way from Leeds to Telford to sell the 100, I couldnt bring myself to do it..

so... Iv already had the alloys refurbed,

now im looking for some other changes.

After many hourse research, im having trouble finding some parts I really want to enhance the look..

1. Full Hella Rear lights.. USA style (cant find any anywhere..)
2. decent suspension to drop it very slighty, maybe 40mm. Ideally springs and shocks.. cant find many choices dont really want to do it on the cheap..
3. I cant find any information on which interiors will fit into the 100 (type 44 c3)
4. also the US version (audi 5000) had some extra trim, anyone any ideas on how I can source some of this?

any info muchos grateful, i intend on making it a long project

Matt

Hi Matt!

You can get the finest H&R springs on ebay of late.
Theyre £250 a set but not only lower her around the amount you seek, but from experience make large saloons (suck as my previous Lancia Thema Turbos) handle superbly for the size of car.

I think these guys Stateside can help you with full Hella rears

I think Im correct in saying that 100 and also 200 interiors go straight in.
Are you planning heated electric leather or the like??

thankyou for that, i saw that site about a year ago and lost the address! Anyone used this guy before? Cant beleve how difficult it is to source the bits.. or maybe im relying too much on a google search! haha

works out ok, £130.00 for smoked rear lights and clear blinkers..

I could spend far too much on there..

also peoples, any idea where to find wood trim? lol

thanks for your input guys, shall have to come meet some of you, although I fear I will be the yougest there.. not exactly a young mans car eh!

(im 23 BTW)
