Water Pump (Additional/run-on)

I found mine leaking last night, part number 034 965 561 C
I find similar on ebay at around £50, although they seem to be for A3s and modern cars.

Any suggestions as to suitability welcome! I think this is a part that should only be bought new, but any input on that welcomed.
