BMW shares going down as tests show X3 20D is exceeding EU limits...
On top of all this... Tesla P85D is nowhere near the 700 BHP that Tesla promised, it's simply not possible when using current mathematical rules - like OHMS law ;-) |

Im thinking whats been happening is some shennaingans with the egr ( exhaust gas recirculation) system in that theyve been disabling the use to a degree of it in usual driving and for the test reinstating it correctly.
After all thats what egr does, reduced nox and also power. |

Just want to notice, that same thing with lowest NOx ppms in US rules killed Chrysler Turbo gas turbine car. The only car with gas turbine engine that was produced in series and given out for people for testing. Results was very promising, and it was outstanding car with silent engine and high fuel tolerance, but Chrysler was forced not only to stop gas turbine R&D, but take cars back from users and destroy them. IIRC, only one or two cars survived out of 50.
May be it's conspiracy theory, but it seems to me that all that thing with VW TD NOx pollutions is not about some real danger, as with Chrysler gas turbine car. |
