Either drill/easiout or sacrifice a socket (x4) with a large mallet.... Either way, things will be broken....

I don't know how effective these are?

http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/s...egoryId_255216

Can be found cheaper than this if you shop around.

Think engineering...

All you need to do is excerpt more force in the undoo'y direction of the bolt than the crud/corrosion and tightenupski torque in the opposite direction....

Brutus ignoramus tends to be the successful option generally...

^^those are what the local tyre shop used on a car when the key for the locking bolt failed. Worked a treat.

This the the lock in question

As you might be able to see the outer collar slides round the inner section so doubt the suggested methods so far will work. Hoping I can locate a replacement key somewhere....
Sure its in a safe place, just don't know where....

As JML. This happened with my S4. The local dealership had a master set, and the correct one was found, to undo the bolt there and then, and a new one could be ordered.
