Had a couple of call outs on Monday and parked up on the cliff top for a sandwich.

It was difficult to stand still in the wind and the rain/hail was stinging my face whilst trying to take a photo!
The tourist board don't use pictures like this to promote the 7 miles of beautiful Bournemouth beach .

I was going to pop the photo in the random photo thread, but this seems like a good home.

Not quite so windy, but the weather has been pretty much the same today, all day.

Sarcy sod.

Having spent New years eve doing nearly feck all, followed by landing into Tronto at 0011hrs, after welcoming in the new year with various anonymous ATC radio frequencies- I suffered a walk in -10c to get to a bar*
Today, back in Montreal, it was -17c.

I love those seaside stormy UK conditions. Especially when viewed from indoors. Better still, from another continent.
Keep up the good work, fellas.

Note to self.
Next year. Go somewhere warm

try living on the seafront at this time of year and you'll soon see that ted moult was a lying bastard - his nose wasn't that size for nothing!

at this altitude, nothing keeps 100mph gales out except bricks!

On the way to the bar, this evening.
iPhone battery frozen into submission, and my left eyelid frozen shut!
Don't tell me about a little drizzle in the breeze!!!

I suspect a 'whiff' of over exaggeration....

The bottom of the message says 'sent from my iPhone'.....
