Not one for the standard police
A fair bit of work gone into this!

Like that, and like the idea of the S2 dash fitted. Have seen it before and looks good imo.
Wonder what's left to do, a lot I should imagine! But then again, £2k isn't a lot for the car, least not at the moment!

I like that as well, pity the owner can't finish it, he must be gutted.
A freshly painted rust free bare shell with log book has got to worth way more than the £2K it's on ATM., can see it going for £5K +. |

It's surprising how well the dash fits in there. He's also done well to get all that stuff fitted on the front, and under the original bumper. I think the V8 is block is shorter than the I5, so gives a little more room to play with.

Yep, I'm with you all here, I like that, it'll be a cracker when finished, and as said above, the dash works really well.

I have contemplated swapping some of the interior on my UR, likewise. I much prefer the instruments of the S2.
Maybe another project. I love the engine idea, but not in a UR. Gotta be a I5t.

must be on my own because I really dont see the point. Engine transplant yep not a problem, but a dash transplant?. Somethings are better left as they were meant to be.

The digi dash can't keep up with a fast revving engine, so that's one good reason
