What I will say is that the GT4 was an impulse purchase, whereas finding the right B4 Coupe has been something I have been trying to do for 20 years! I guess, taking that into account, if I had to get rid of one of them.....I'd be left with a purple car on the drive
I hope that never happens to you mate but i can see where your coming from

Between 50mph and 80mph, there aren't many cars that can touch the acceleration of these. Great cars, and I'd have another one, no problem.

Your second quote seems to contradict your first

I drove a 9000 few years ago, and it is a terrific car if your into barge on jelly handling, and pathetic pick up.

Maybe you had a wrong'un. Mine handled well, certainly no barge on jelly, and although the turbo lag was noticeable, once it was in it's stride, it shifted for sure.

Not at all. I'd have another 9000 for sure. I love the cars I have got now though, so if I had the chance of a mint 9000 again, I'd jump at the chance, but it would be in addition to the Celica and B4, not at the expense of one of them. I'm very lucky to have a double garage and space on the drive for another four.
