Flat rate for listing, now marginally cheaper than autotrader - something like £20, no selling fees apply on motor vehicles.

However if he's listed it under a category other than cars then he will incur a listing and selling fee, but seeing as it'll be a non paypal payment even if they do sell they'll claim a non sale and get a final value fee credit.

Either way the person won't be spending more than £20 a time, which if this is the fourth listing will soon add up!

People get sussed that its getting relisted and then will decide not to bother bidding.

The biggest problem with quattros is that pretty much every car is known, somewhere, by someone, who is on a forum.. So as soon as a car arrives on the market, someone, somewhere, will recall nuggets of history. And here in lies the problem, the car, however good, is destroyed by the 'perceived' shoddy, poor form, and general 'fly by night' manner of the sale....

I actively dread selling mine for this very reason. I suspect many others feel the same about potentially selling theirs.
